I seem to have trouble losing weight but I am definitely losing inches which was quite apparent when I went for my bridal dress fitting on Saturday. Wow, what a difference 2 months make. I definitely dropped a dress size. I've decided to revise my goal weight as it would not be healthy losing 6lbs in 1 week.
I've been walking at lunchtime when I stayed in office last week and worked out in gym over weekend which is helping!0 -

I am surprised I didn't gain weight this week. I did not stick to my diet completely. My boyfriends daughter stayed with us. She is a vegetarian. So we made food that she would eat.0 -

Eek, my weight has absolutely shot up this week - I've had a couple of bad weekends (partner's birthday and friends visiting) but not nearly enough to merit that increase. Got down to 131.4 at one point last week, so I think that 134 today probably means that TOM is on the way..!0 -

I have been sitting at 120.4 since Monday (Damn you Easter!), but hit a low of 118.4 on the 26th. Got back on track with eating on Monday, other than gorging on almonds. I wonder if I get away from them if I will shrink again. Ahh well.
