I got up at 4:40 for Total Body Cardio... Wow! It's a great workout! I had to modify more than I thought I would... but hopefully by the end of 21 days I won't be modifying at all. After the workout I had Chocolate Shakeology with almond milk and 1/2 Tsp. of mint extract--YUM! One day at a time, one pound at a time!

    My hybrid schedule had only Total Body Cardio Fix today. It went surprisingly well considering that my calves hurt like hell and I somehow managed to pull a lat muscle this morning.

    For the first time I didn't need to modify anything or take any extra breaks :) That felt awesome. I used 3kg (6.6 lbs) dumbbells for everything but knee pulls. For that exercise I used a 2.5kg plate 'cause my 3kg dumbbells are huge plastic ones and it's very hard to hold them in that position.

    Overall, a good workout.

    Day 1- completed 59 min Indoor BootCamp cardio/strength workout. Total 6 sets. That is first for me. I usually do not past the 5th set. Total calories 256. Ate real food with 1208 calorie. 55-24-22 carb- fat - protein %. 9900 steps of 10000 goal.
