When you're sick with the flu

And not the keto flu either :( what do you do? I can not eat. I'm drinking water. This is day 2 now.

I'm not going to lie. Last week I lived on saltines and 7 up. It's not like they stayed down anyways My stomach is still yucky and I'm off track. I know a lot of people use bone broth when they are sick. I hope you feel better soon! I'm sure someone will have better advice.

Fasting is usually best! Taking Enzymes can help too! :)

Broth. Chicken noodle soup, without the noodles. :)

Egg drop soup seems to be the "go to" for a lot.

Bone broth and egg drop soup are great ideas. I just got over a 10 day ugly flu. I found a little plain chicken was a nice addition to bone broth. Hope you get well soon.

I eat what will stay down, try to focus as much as possible on mild protein (baked chicken, scrambled or boiled eggs, tuna, shakes), and drink lots of fluids. I'm sick right now and have done higher carbs than normal the last two days, although nothing too crazy. It was the food I knew would stay down. A week won't break me. It'll take me some time to get back on track, but not getting worse is my focus right now. For me, that means eat what and when I can, keep up with fluids, and worry about tomorrow tomorrow.
