The miles can be done using: DVD's, treadmill, or outdoors
Leslie Sansone has very good dvd's
Minutes: uses stopwatch or clock
Steps: pedometer, stepcounter, or fitness watch/ tracker.....I bought Garmin vivosmart I lover it.
