March 1- April 1 2016 Walk Challenge..Walk it off in 30 Day's

Let's start Spring 2016 the right way by being slimmer, stronger and healthier.
Walking Challenge starting March 1st until April 1st.
Before getting started:
- weigh yourself
- take measurements-- chest, arms, waist, hips, calves
- should speak with your doctor to get medical clearance to do the challenge
- choose outfit and see how it fits...take before pics and take pics after finish 30 days challenge.
