I am going to be a day behind now. I have to work out first thing in the morning and I need to prepare in advance as I have to adjust the time I get up. I did not see your post until this morning and it is too late to do 4 miles....0

3/8/16 = Walked 15,044 steps, 7.12 Miles for 128 minutes; 406.1 calories burned. JennK730 if you don't mind, I'd like to work up to the strength training part of the challenge beginning next week. I started my walking plan three weeks ago. I added exercise yesterday for the first time in more than 10 years so I'm trying to gradually add weights. While doing Leslie Sansone's DVD yesterday I saw some hand/arm moves into which I could probably incorporate the use of dumbbells.0
