I hope we are all up to 5,000 steps per day @ least.
Daily Walk for week starting Mon.March 21st
5 miles or 10,000 per day.
Tues. Thurs. & Sat. Group should be doing strength training at gym or at home.
Upper body:
chest/back
Shoulders
Biceps/triceps
Lower body:
Squats
Lunges
Leg lifts
All exercise you determine weight for yourself..
Try to do 3 reps x 15 times ea exercise
