Abs:
Planks 30 sec x 2
Crunches 60 sec x 2
Rev crunches 60 sec x 2
Legs:
Squats 60 sec x 2
Lunges 60 sec x 2
Arms:
Push-ups 60 sec x 2

    Sorry I fell behind on recording my progress! 3/14/16 = 16,580 steps. 3/15/16 = 6,929 steps. 3/16/16 = 12,279 steps. 3/17/16 = 21,782 steps. I received Leslie Sansone's Miracle Miles DVD walking program last Friday. I plan to start strength training this weekend.

    3/18/16 = 16,119 steps.
    3/19/16 = 13,424 steps.
    3/20/16 = 4,452 steps.
    3/21/16 = 17,325 steps plus Strength training = 3 reps x 10 push ups.
    3/22/16 = 3 reps of 10 push ups was too much yesterday so I changed to 3 reps x 5 push ups. Incorporated 2LB fitness ball into arm raises/chest presses for an entire song while doing Leslie Sansone's "Walk to the Hits" DVD but didn't count the reps. Steps = 14,315; 6.77 miles, 3.86 calories burned, 114 minutes.

    3/23/16 = 16,350 steps; 7.74 miles; 441.4 cals burned; 133 mins. 3 reps of 5 push ups. 5 planks; 2LB fitness ball arm raises/chest presses 40 each.
