Challenge yourself to get up & get moving!! Post your goal & your results here. Try to achieve a 15mi/week minimum. Feel free to go above & beyond! If you have to start with less, so be it!

For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.

For newcomers the preferred method of posting miles would be:

Post the day, what you did that day for miles (run, walk, hike, bike, elliptical - all miles count!) - posted daily or when the miles occur...

Week 1: (Mar 1-5)
Week 2: (Mar 6-12)
Week 2: (Mar 13-19)
Week 4: (Mar 20-26)
Week 5!?: (Mar 27-31)

WTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - total for the week so far)
MTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - for the month so far)

As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.

If you'd like to include photos of your adventures (PLEASE do!), please edit the size so the image is no more than 300px tall or wide, THANKS!

    Yesterday I did nothing. All three of us have strep throat so we spent the day fighting for couch space to nap.

    Making comeback to site! Kicking up some dust on the way! Here are my March miles so far:3/02 18.5 cycling
    3/10 3 mi walk
    3/11 1 mi walk
    3/12 2 mi group walk

    Total 27 miles

    Finally got moved! It's taken a while to get used to area. It's only 3 miles from old residence. Lot more challenging hills. It's Awesome to be back!! B)
