I have written out my Goal Weight for every single week until March 2017 (when if I stay at 2lbs per week I'll hit my goal). I've marked other mile stones there too, like Onederland and getting into the overweight category instead of obese.
I weigh in every Sunday morning and put in my weight, every month I will do measurements. If I fall off, I will get these alerts weekly to let me know where I could have been. I don't plan on falling off though.
What do you guys do to keep it up?

That's a good idea, especially with measurements. I plan to do monthly and was thinking the 1st Sunday but that's passed and I have yet to do this month's measurements.0
