Maybe just use more Parmesan and maybe add a little coconut flour too? Could even add some crushed pork rinds

So get rid of the regular flour, sub in a couple tbsp coconut flour and I'll prob have to double the eggs or triple ?

if your only using a couple tbsp. of coconut flour I wouldn't double the eggs yet. mix it all up and let it sit a couple minutes and see how it absorbs the liquid, if it seems really dry then add some more in but if you aren't using a cup then you shouldn't need a ton more liquid. you could get rid of the flour all together, no coconut flour either, and use mozzarella and parm but then it wouldn't really have that crust like appearance this one has. it would be more like a pizza parm which would be delicious too

Replace the milk with heavy whipping cream, coconut milk or coconut cream. Replace the flour with nut flour of some kind (almond flour hazelnut flour, etc.) Use a low carb pasta sauce like this one (they offer 4 flavors):

Use butter, ghee, olive oil or coconut oil for the "oil."And be sure to use full-fat cheese. I also suggest reducing the amount of onion by half; however, to get the most bang for your buck where reduced amounts of onion are concerned, grate your onion really fine (you get more surface area that way). Make sure you check the nutritional data on the pepperoni and just be sure that you get one that has low carbs / sugars and not a lot of filler "junk" in it.

www.mariamindbodyhealth.com posted a conversion graphic for coconut flour not long ago, I think on Facebook...

It says when baking with coconut flour:

1 cup of wheat or almond flour in a recipe =

1/3 cup of coconut flour + double eggs + more liquids

Since the recipe called for a full cup of flour, I'd probably do this, @AngInCanada and then let it sit as @auntstephie321 suggested before adding the extra liquids.

@ladipoet hit all the other highlights I was about to suggest! My favorite low carb sauce is Wild Oats Organic Parmesan and Romano Pasta Sauce from Walmart if you don't have time to get online for it...

I am using leftover meatballs and pasta sauce that I've been eating for the past 3 days. Need to finish it off and also need to disguise it cause I'm soooooooo tired of meatballs and sauce lol. So I just needed to figure out the topping ;)

I know that healthygamergirl.com has a low-carb pie crust made with coconut flour. If it's on top, I don't think it needs a pre-bake, but she also has a coconut flour based pizza crust , you could make that separate, flip it once as instructions, and place the crust on top of your upside-down pizza?

It seems keto friendly other than the flour, milk and onion. Replace with almond flour, almond milk and nix the onion. Or like others said, make the "oopsie rolls" recipe for the bread part which is cream cheese and eggs IIRC.
