I will start it out.

    Wow Lilymay! March was a good month for you!! I'm looking back at my miles and April and May were my high months.

    Last year, I had 104.95 in March. Goal for this month, 105 and 10 days at 5+. I know I missed the 8 in Feb, but we have a 5K this month, on a day that I wouldn't normally hit 5, and we will also start puppy classes. Hopefully that's going to get me out and moving! The pup is also doing well when we've taken him to the park a couple of times (didn't go yesterday b/c of rain) and I hope to keep taking him, to work out some of his energy and get me off my behind!!! He has a play date scheduled later this month with a friend of mine who has 3 pups for him to play with. We are going to meet up at the greenway for a walk.

    Hey everyone! This is my first month joining the challenge and I'm excited to get back into walking more. My baby just turned 2 months and I go back to work the last day of March. I'm on a long family trip the first half of this month so this should be extra challenging (esp without the dog to walk)!

    March goal: 200k steps / 80 miles
    Daily step goal: 5k
    10 days over 8k steps

    3/1 4,013 steps / 1.65 miles

    2nd - 3.19 = 8.27, 1/10

    Took the pup to the dog park again. My vision of what it is, and what it really is, are 2 very different things. I was hoping to run and play with my dog. In reality, the owners stand around while the pups run and play with each other. LOL...most of the dogs even ignore the toys their owners try to get them to play with. I tried to make the best of it by keeping an eye on my pup and walking from one end to the other a few times. Hit the bed before 7 pm, so my number is definitely better than most days with a really early bedtime!!

    On a bright note, I have a job interview after work today! It's doing field work, which I am really missing...sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day is not for me!!! If I get it, it would be a pay cut, but it's a telecommute position and then doing home/hospital visits. The benefits are also so much better!!! Think happy thoughts for me!!

    Hey all! The interview seemed to go well. Not as well as the last that I didn't hear back from, so I'm trying not to get my hopes too high. I should hear something by next week though, so not too long to stress about it!!!

    I was super lazy after getting home yesterday. It was a rainy, dreary day and I passed out on the couch before 7 again. We didn't go to the gym. The steps definitely reflect!!!

    3 - 2.3 = 10.57, 1/10

    On our calendar here at work...random holiday tomorrow...Multiple Personality Day - go out and do something out of character! :) Have a great weekend, everyone! I'll check back on Monday.

    March goal . . . well I missed my step goal yesterday and the rain is back so I am not sure how this month is going to play out! But being the trooper that I am, I am going to fake it!!! At the end of the month I will be on vacation, visiting California Adventure (don't like Disneyland sorry), Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios and possibly Knott's Berry Farm - not sure how many steps I will get, I know I will be standing a lot, we will be there during Spring Break - not a Yeah moment, just poor planning. So with that to look forward to, I plan on reaching my daily goal, or at least average it for the week.

    3/3 - 5.68

    Oh it soooo nice today!! The sun is shinning and snow melting and I am heading outside to feed the birds, take out my compost and walk my dog!!

    Better get at it - Tim Horton's Brier is on TV - I will miss the first few ends but will catch the last if I walk fast. Must get my 10,000 steps in. My goal this month is to work at the beginning of the month because you never know what is going to happen to derail your miles.

    Still on track for hitting my 105. It was a really nice weekend here, too. Saturday, we went to the dog park and ran the pup until he was walking the ball back. Then we worked around the house. Still have a ton of things to do! Didn't even really make any headway with the laundry. :/ Guess a load a night will have to do this week!

    We have our first 5K of the year this coming Saturday. :) Should have 3 days at 5+ this week.

    A little behind on my goal but have at least hit my step goal 4/6 days which has been a challenge traveling and visiting lots of family (and without my dog to walk).

    Had a somewhat busy day yesterday, busy at work, and a lot of hurry up and wait on a personal level. And I got an offer from the interview I had last week!! I accepted and pending my background and drug screen going through (never had a problem with either before) I should be turning in notice by the end of the week...they want me to start on the 28th!! May have to travel for the first 6 weeks of training, but I am at peace with my decision...it's time to change! (And who would turn down a paid trip??? LOL)

    I think I fell off the wagon and got run over by it . . . 3 days this week under goal, I hope it's not a trend. But in my defense I have really been trying to do more strength training and the weather has been so bad I think that is part of the problem.
