Hi, Everyone:
Today's workout is the same as W9, D1. However, my body is still killing me from Monday. Anybody else feeling any aches? Although I have not lost much weight as a result of this program, my inches have gone down for sure! I give my 208 lb. body CREDIT for having survived so far! Be nice to your body.
Here is today's workout:
W9, D2
Brisk 5-minute warm-up walk
•Jog for 10 minutes
•Walk for 1 minute
•REPEAT 4 TIMES
5-minute cool-down walk.
Enjoy YOUR day!
Dee

10K app W9D2 complete.
- normal 5 minute warm-up
- 10 minute jog @ 5 mph, 1 minute walk @ 3.5 mph, repeat 4x
- (no extra sprints)
- normal 5 minute cool-down
Better workout today. Much easier controlling my breathing and no stitch in the right side. Didn't do any extra sprints today as I didn't want to push my luck.
