Day #2 of "Shredding"

Hello all! I just started using the 30 day shred. I am doing it first thing in the AM when I wake so at about 4am. Yesterday, being the first day, I tried to conquer it barefoot & braless. Thank goodness no one in my house was awake yet, but level one is no joke. I'll be sticking there for a while.

Day #2, I wore shoes & a bra this time! But, I am hurting. My legs burn and are sore. Stairs are an issues. I have been working out regularly for months now so I didn't really see this being that big of a challenge. On the way to work, I like to boogie in the car to music, but my abs won't allow that today.

Only 28 more days of this, right ?!

    Hello there, I have tried it but in my case i needed a little bit more of a challenge after a while. It is a good start though but don't forget to wear a sports bra otherwise your girls are gonna hurt like crazy. Been there! I also recommend the killer abs dvd, just started ;)
