What to do when you have no appetite...

Admittedly this doesn't happen to me often, but every once in a while I have a day that am just. not. hungry. These days food actually sounds disgusting and it takes everything I have to choke something down. I know that I need to eat regularly to keep my blood sugar leveled and also to feed my metabolism, but I seriously feel like cursing with every bite I take.
Does anyone else ever have this problem? How do you get past it and what types of foods do you manage to eat?
(BTW: I don't really expect much advise, but I am having one of those days and I just needed to vent a little.)

I too get those days, I try to drink my nutrition and calories via ensure or glucerna... yes they tend to bring my sugar up a bit, but i am still getting the calories and needed nutrients in and some excercise can help control the sugar spike. btw my doctor tells me it is a good choice for days that i just don't feel up to eating0
