favorite things to break up your desk job

Hi, I thought I would start a list of things that I do to break up my day of sitting at my desk in hopes you will all follow and share your ideas.
I work on the second floor of a building instead of using the bathroom on my floor I use the one downstairs. To top that off I have set my self on a schedule of finishing a 23.7oz bottle of water every 2 hours which increases my bathroom use.
At lunch before I eat anything I do a 30sec plank, when I am down eating I do another 30 second plank.
While I am refilling my water bottle I do squats.
So those are my usual's, every once in a while I break out the 5lb weights I keep at work and will do a few triceps presses or lunges.
Do you do any of these? What do you do to relieve tension in your back and get a good stretch?

I don't work at a desk, but I sit down 99% of my time working since I'm a driver.
For me, on the way back to the barn when I'm empty I'll pull over and walk around the bus a couple times under the guise of 'looking at the tires' because my legs start to hurt otherwise, and I'll get a good stretch in at the same time. I also get up and walk around the bus while waiting for students to load in the afternoon.0
