Ok, so I'm going to stick with themes for each day of the week. Squats on Tuesday seemed rather popular so we'll go with it. Last week you were challenged to 50. Today, up it to 60. Stick your booty out and keep your knees above your ankles for for good form. Ready...Set...Go!
