Easy low carb Taco soup

Hi

I made this low carb Taco soup Sunday night. I did add a few chopped jalapeños as we like spicy and it was delicious. It was not a super thick soup but it was tasty and made about 8 servings/ 6 carbs per serving using ground turkey.

    Yee hah, cowgirl. You must like things spicy indeed if two cans of Rotel doesn't meet your Scoville requirements. This is very similar to something I make often but with a wee tad of the Rotel and tomato mixture. Six years in San Antonio must have used up all my chili pepper tolerance!!

    I just pinned it to my "low carb soup" board LOL. I am a lover of all things soup - and I have some ground beef that needs to be used. Bam. Taco Soup is coming up.
