I just had to tell someone ....14lbs since I gave up added sugar 4 weeks ago
It's been interesting and sometimes difficult as I am not over keen on vegetables and I'm doing it on my own - hence I had to tell you guys.
I've been 'off the wagon' for about a year previously but this has helped me get my head back in the right place and I feel soooo much healthier

That's awesome @tuppance!! Wonderful first month! Sure some of it is water, but some of it is fat loss too!
It's very common to have a stall on the scale over the next few weeks, just know it's part of the process for many of us (not many will see scale drops every week)! As long as you remain on plan through them they eventually pass, and you will keep losing! Remember too, if you don't prefer veggies, that carnivore is a real thing that works too! I've not ever been a big veggies eater, so carnivore seems to work good for me! I look forward to reports of your continued success!0 -
Great work! Things will slow down, so don't let it discourage you when it happens. Just keep up what you know works and makes you feel so great.
And if you don't like vegetables, you don't have to force yourself to eat them. Plenty of people around here barely eat any or none at all.0
