Hi there, just ordered the book. I'm 5 ft 4 currently weigh around 176lbs (12stone 8lbs) and I'm honestly not too fussed about weight loss I'm more interested in properly fuelling the lifting. Does anyone know what I should be eating, especially ratios for protein etc? Going to read up online but your advice, and new friends would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Hey there,
I downloaded a spreadsheet that calculates this for you - based on your info:
Maintenance calorie level:
2054.1, with no workout
2327.98 on workout days
Fat loss calorie level:
1754.1 with no workout
2027.98 on workout days
They recommend doing Stage 1 at maintenance and taking it from there. You can download the spreadsheet at this link, but you need the book to access it:
