I just bought this book yesterday ...Has anyone read this ? I have only read chapter one so far ...pretty interesting

    No but I've listened to several podcasts he's been on recently promoting it that were fantastic!

    Yes, I read it. Pretty good, although not much new. The one interesting thing he mentions is resistant starch. That's something I haven't tried, so I'll give it a try. :)

    I watched him on TV (Georgia Public Broadcasting) talking about and promoting the book. It was part of the fund drive but I didn't mind. I thought it was interesting.
