I have been doing this planking for a while now. (About a month and a half) I began with a wall plank and have worked up to knee planking with some intermittent full planks, and arm raises during the plank! I've managed to , surprisingly, lose the lowest fat roll on my abdomen, so far!! I'm stoked with what I am seeing from this! Some of you might benefit too!

I apologize for some of the plank position links not working properly! Most do though, and they all have additional ideas too!0

Please do not try if you are fresh post op! This isn't something short time folks need to try, imo!0

Yes! My trainer is slowly working me up to full planks (I'm still on my elbows but up on my toes) and also doing a bunch of core work on a balance ball and I'm noticing improvement too!0
