Changing nutritional values

As I learn and read more I noticed some of my food has wrong value but I don't know how to change it...thanks

    When you look up an item and click the view nutrition information button it will ask you if the info is correct. If you select no it will allow you to change it.

    Yep you can edit any food that hasn't already been verified with the green tick. Ironically many of the verified foods have incorrect numbers too :rage:

    Or you can make a new entry with the correct values, and save it in your meals so it's always handy.

    Whoops. MFP must have changed things.. I just tried to edit a verified entry and it let me, so edit away :lol:
