So is there any special ab workout we are to follow? Or we just do ABS for thirty days? I hope this is not a dumb question?

    Hey I take it the ab challenge is based on the ab challege in the posted picture. I know the picture is quite small, here is the url for a larger version of it.

    I am on day 1 for the 3rd time in a month, so hopefully with the start of a new month I will be able to keep it up all month!

    Also the "s" after the number for the planks is how many seconds you are supposed to hold a plank for.

    Started the ab challenge today and I'm working on getting the past couple days caught up. All crunches, leg raises and planks done... 60 sit ups left to get through today.
