How are the steps going? Are you on track for your goals?

Our weather is absolutely beautiful this week, but we are expecting rain. I'll take it, if the temp is going to be in the 70s!!

    I failed to hit my 5+ goal yesterday. I started a new med and was feeling sick for most of the day. Hopefully that goes away as I take it more. :/ We did go to the gym, but I didn't push as hard as normal because of nausea and it felt like a laundromat! It got warm here so fast that it felt really humid inside the gym...led to a pretty good sweat despite not hitting the speed or as many miles as I would like! I'm still pretty well on track for my mileage goals, a little work to do for the 5+ days.

    8th - 4.27 = 27.87, 1/10

    Good thing I made some miles the first week... Woke up this morning and I can barely talk ....Wow second cold in a month!! YUK!!

    Thanks Lilymay! I turned in my notice yesterday (to no response from my spv and an "ok" from our team leader...makes you know how important you are...and solidifies that I'm making the right decision!) Boo for another cold! Feeling icky is no fun...well enough to have to truck on, but feeling drained and inconvenienced!

    My numbers the last couple of days aren't great. I've tried to research the new med to see how long the nausea is going to last and best answer I can find is a month or so. :( On the bright side, other than the nausea, I feel pretty good.

    9 - 2.54
    10 - 2 (spent the afternoon in the oral surgeon's office with the bf and didn't make it to the gym)

    The Weather in San Francisco sucks! I do not like the rain but I am going to force myself out into it this weekend (if I don't connect my cable box!).

    3/8 - 5.38
    3/9 - 4.5 ?? (connected Fitbit Blaze and disconnected One and Charge HR and I believe there were some real syncing issues)
    3/10 - 9.24

    Making my miles inside - using my mini trampoline while watching the Tim Horton's Brier. Supposed to be getting my books ready for the accountant ... sort of working on that :)

    So I am a little behind... To reach my goal I will need to make 4 miles per day. So I best try do a little more today. There are two curling games to watch so I will have to make sure I am moving during the commercials.. :o

    12 - 6.27 (completed our first 5K of the year...finished in under an hour [not winning any races with that time, but was my goal for the first of the year] and beat the bf by 5 minutes!!!)
    13 - 2.33

    Total = 43.45, 2/10. I'm on track to meet my goal...8 days of 5+ to go, but only need 3.2 per day to meet my goal.

    14 - 2.29 The day didn't feel that lazy, but I'm guessing that it looks that way b/c of work...I got up to go to the bathroom once all day, we were so busy! I can not wait to be back in a job where I don't sit all day!
