Just trying to take it one decision at a time. Been very hungry---like bottomless pit hungry---lately. Trying to make sure I have produce to throw into the pit.

Went to gym yesterday and did yoga and twice the amount of laps in pool, not many but first time I did only 4 so this time 8. I would have done more but I had to share a lane and the other swimmers whizzing past me threw me off, made me feel like I was in their way.
Did some jumping jacks at home, I decided every time I eat cookies to do extra jacks! lol Did about 60.
Today college voter reg day. Maybe a walk later, super windy another storm coming in tonight.

Supposed to be a cross-train day today but I'm taking a bonus rest day instead. My legs were already sore yesterday from my run + trainer session on Monday night, and my run last night pretty much did them in. I have a run + Jason again tomorrow and a 9 mile run on Saturday so I decided to give my legs a little extra recovery time.
Marla my trainer had me doing penalty burpees for a couple of weeks - for every 10 calories I went over my target I had to do 1 burpee. Even though I wasn't burning 100 extra calories with 10 burpees it was certainly a deterrent.0
