Fixing MFP macros

I went a few pages in to search for this topic, but I couldn't find it. How can I adjust my macros so I'm at 7% carbs, etc.? 10% is more than I want, 5% is too low...

    I don't think you can without premium. But check the launching pad, they had a lot of link for how to do a few tricks with the macros. down at the bottom.

    Only in Premium can you do that unfortunately
