Anyone tried that combination? That's my plan when I lose 20 more lbs. I've lost 40 so far in 5 months on a 6 (21:3) / 1 (16:8) diet. I eat ad libitum in my eating windows.

On my fast days I have a 7-8h eating Window. I sometimes follow 16:8 on non fasting days, bit as I enjoy breakfast, not daily.
You can follow any type of eating window in combination with 5:2. Many have found it important not to overristrict cals on nfd. This can be counterproductive and lead to binging.0
