Gluconate is said to be one of the best absorbed forms, @fludderbye. @Sunny_Bunny_ can probably give better direction as to thresholds/dosages. Just avoid magnesium oxide, for the most part - it's one of the least absorbed forms. Any of the ones listed as ending in -ate are supposed to be good.0

Just an FYI, I believe emu meat is high in potassium if you are interested in a food source.0

the ground beef i added shows as none will check other beef sources
* found a more accurate source for the ground beef i was using * thanks0 -
Labels do not require potassium to be listed, so you're more likely to get potassium more than you know. if possible, look for USDA food listings in the MFP lists, they're more likely to be correct... @Dragonwolf even shared the best searching syntax to populate the best entries.0

I just use a few dashes of NuSalt (potassium chloride) on my food along with sea salt.
But I'm weary of anything that starts with "gluco".0 -
Are you having symptoms if low potassium or did you have low potassium levels in blood work? If not and your concern is that your food log is showing low potassium, don't worry, as knit said food labels are not required to show potassium so you are getting more than you think.0
