I will be following a clean eating plan. Unfortunately, over the winter I have missed fallen off of this plan and started to eat a lot of SUGAR! Oh my... It's my weakness. My challenge is to cut out refined sugars and eat the natural ones from fruit
I have attached a link about clean eating and what foods it consists of. Now, you can follow this or tailor it to your goals. Just have a plan on what you want to accomplish and stick to it.
