Nutrition

Breakfast --> Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
  1. 1/2 cup of Quick Oats
  2. Cinnamon
  3. 2/3 cup of skim milk
  4. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  5. 2 packets of Stevia
Warm these ingredients in Microwave
Toppings
  • 2 Tbs golden raisins
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 Tbs of chopped pecans (optional)
This is packed full of fiber and complex carbs that will satisfy you for a long long time. It also tastes amazing too!

Lunch--> Protein Smoothie
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 2 Scoops Chocolate EAS protein powder
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup of frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Skim milk

Dinner --> Crock-pot Chicken Noodle Soup

Snack -->Sun dried Tomato Hummus and 10 Baby Carrots
