Snack -->Sun dried Tomato Hummus and 10 Baby Carrots

Since the sun was shining I went for a Power Walk/Run outside for an hour!
Breakfast --> Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of Quick Oats
- Cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of skim milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 packets of Stevia
Toppings
- 2 Tbs golden raisins
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 Tbs of chopped pecans (optional)
Lunch--> Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup Kale
- 2 Scoops Chocolate EAS protein powder
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cup of frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup Skim milk
