This is the Google Sheets that we will be using. I am about 90% sure that I have created this correctly but if anyone experiences any problems, please contact me and we will work it out!
You do not need to put in your first name if you don't want to share that. If you don't weigh in for more than 4 weeks in a row, I will delete you from the sheet. If there is an emergency and you notify me (message, etc) you will not be deleted.
