Spring Athletes

With coming of the spring months, not only does the weather turn better, but we a new sport season dawns! This group is for all spring athletes (track and field, softball, etc) as well as for anyone who uses spring and warm weather as motivation to get outside and put work in!

This challenge will begin on Monday, March 21, and will go until Monday, May 30 (10 weeks). Every other Sunday, I will post a new challenge for the fortnight (2 weeks). We will have three winners. Winner 1 is the person who loses the most amount of weight by percentage, Winner 2 is the person who completes the most amount of challenges, and Winner 3 is the person or people who successfully complete their own personal goals (ex. complete 1 unassisted pull-up, run 2 miles without stopping, try a new food each week).
