This week's challenge is super simple: stay within your calorie goals.

This will look different to everyone, of course, but it's a an easy way to ease into challenges.

Here is an example of mine:
Monday 1540
Tuesday 1540
Wednesday 2140
Thursday 1540
Friday 1540
Saturday 2140 (Might be switched with Friday)
Sunday 1540

    Works for me, sounds good! My goal is 1400 so I'll post mine starting tomorrow.
