Nutrition

Breakfast
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Orange


Lunch
  • Chicken Wrap with hot sauce and a little ranch
  • veggies
  • greek yogurt dill dip

Dinner
  • Peppered Steak over whole grains (Applebee's)
  • 2 Quesadillas

Yes, I went out to eat and I chose healthier options than I would have. By the way, you need to try that pepper steak over whole grains. Only 370 calories! YUM!

Snacks
  • Greek yogurt
    • Special K bar



    Activity
    • Walked the dog for 40 minutes
    • 30 Minutes Butt and Thigh Workout on Fitness Blender
