Breakfast - Banana Oatmeal
Lunch - Turkey Wrap and Veggies&Dip
Dinner - Tilapia and Mashed Sweet Potato
Snacks
I worked today and have to eat on the go. So I planned and packed my lunch to keep me on track. I would usually stop somewhere. Planning is the biggest issue for me. This is a habit I need to start!
Activity
My job requires a lot of walking and lifting and I was sore from yesterdays workout and took the day off. Tomorrow will be cardio day

- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- TBS of hummus
- 1/2 tomato
- lettuce

- Greek Yogurt
- Larabar - Pecan Pie
