Breakfast - Banana Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Lunch - Turkey Wrap and Veggies&Dip
    1. 6 slices of turkey
    2. TBS of hummus
    3. 1/2 tomato
    4. lettuce

Dinner - Tilapia and Mashed Sweet Potato

Snacks
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Larabar - Pecan Pie

I worked today and have to eat on the go. So I planned and packed my lunch to keep me on track. I would usually stop somewhere. Planning is the biggest issue for me. This is a habit I need to start!

Activity
My job requires a lot of walking and lifting and I was sore from yesterdays workout and took the day off. Tomorrow will be cardio day :)
