So I just started my 21 day fix this morning almost threw up during the first 30 min exercise. This is very hard for a beginner who need to loose just a little!

Hi I started yesterday I did the upper w/o and today lower leg w/o. Actually the leg exercises weren't too bad at all! Actually looking forward to tomorrow s w/o. That's the mindset I've been waiting for!!0
