Week 2 Results!!
Here are my results for week 2... Starting Weight: 214.6 Week 1 Weight: 210.4 (loss of 4.2) Week 2 Weight: 207.2 (loss of 3.2) Total loss so far: 7.4 lbs Now on to Week 3!!!
Started today
So I just started my 21 day fix this morning almost threw up during the first 30 min exercise. This is very hard for a beginner who need to loose just a little!
