Recipes Ideas

I'm trying to get my calories up while keeping my carbs low. I have tried googling LCHF recipes, but haven't really came up with anything good. I am cooking for two people(lunch and dinner), and a bit of a picky eater, partly because I'm allergic to several things. Does anyone have any good recipes or recipes sites I could use?

try pinterest. there are a ton of ideas on there.
i made "enchiladas" the other night. tore-up one tortilla, put it in a pan with olive oil, then covered with a little crushed tomatoes, ground beef, cheddar cheese, green onion, baked - then topped with more cheese, sour cream, avocado and more olive oil. delicious! (hubby and son wrapped it all in tortillas, but i didn't to keep carb count low.)0 -

Sign up for instagram and follow anyone who tags keto, ketodiet, lchf etc. Those guys are always posting great recipes and have helped a ton.
For most recipes you can substitute low carb versions - for example, flour with almond flour.
I made this recipe over the weekend but used 2 cloves of garlic instead of 1, and 2/3 of parmesan cheese instead of 1 1/2.

It was very good, just be careful about how much you use, it's very high fat. You can have this over zucchini noodles and add chicken and voila - chicken alfredo!0 -
Caveman Keto is also a great resource, he has a blog and posts youtube videos too.0
