Day Four!

Sorry this is so late! I had the longest day. I ended up working a 12 hour shift. On a positive note, I didn't have to workout due to my 15,000 steps plus lifting boxes all day!

I had a lot of positives...

Instead of just picking up a take and bake pizza for dinner I planned ahead and made a crockpot meal :)

I didn't eat any sugar... I was craving it so bad due to a stressful day but I didn't give in. I had an orange instead :)


I have tomorrow off and I will get my workout in!

How is it going for everyone?!?!

    Congrats on not giving into your cravings!
    I've had a particularly slow day. Only one class and home doing homework; These are the days I normally would totally pig out and today I am proud to say I have only ate tuna, breaded fish and sesame chicken with rice &vegetables. Met my MFP goals!

    I actually made it to a morning workout today. I am NOT a morning person. But I had meetings this evening when I usually would be going to the gym. Instead of skipping, I got 200+ extra calories to eat today.
