March Mindfulness Challenge: Week 3 (3/15-3/21)

Sleep - OK. I'm coming down with a cold. Not feeling well
Calories - Great
Carbs - Great.
I shopped and cooked on Sunday. I have my meals planned out until Wednesday.

Mindfulness is pretty simple when you have a palette limited to two food items. I don't really have anything to report. Weight is dropping thanks to the Ground Beef protocol, though I'm looking forward to adding in some variety again. I miss eggs a lot. I also feel like my extremely limited menu is somehow encouraging my brain to think about carbage I haven't craved in a long time. Wondering if it's the excess protein converting to glucose which would be triggering some cravings. (I do seem to have trouble with high quantities of protein when I try to eat Keto, so I do think my level of insulin resistance makes me prone to gluconeogenesis). Hard to say. I'm aware of the cravings, but it's not like I'm in any danger of acting upon them.0
