I had the day off. I slept for 9 hours! The 12 hour day killed me. HAHA

Today went really well. I got up and went for a run with the dog. I also started some spring cleaning :)

I stayed under my calorie goal with 200 calories to spare.

Anyone looking for a great workout for tomorrow?!? I will be completing this video before work in the AM!

    Great compared to yesterday! Went 300 cal over yesterday, but today I have 710 cal left because i fit in 25 minutes of zumba! :)
    Breakfast was a banana and green tea, lunch was tuna and shrimp and dinner was breaded fish with green beans.
    I feel great!
