Thinking about doing ATKINS - advice?!

So right now I am just eating at a calorie deficit. But I am looking to speed up the losses a little.
I hate cooking and prepping so why I like ATKINS is it appears I could just go buy premade meals, shakes, frozen lunches, etc and throw them in the fridge - then only have to cook one healthy meal (dinner).
Does that sound right - was thinking about trying it for a week - doing something like this (dinner would vary each day):
BREAKFAST (Atkins Shake - High Protein)
AM SNACK (Atkins snack bar)
LUNCH (Atkins frozen meal)
PM SNACK (enduldge Atkins snack)
DINNER (chicken breast + broccoli and cauliflower)
