Hoping to find keto version of honey mustard powder

creative folks! I am craving those honey mustard pretzels, specifically the powder. I see several powders listed online but all have sugars. Has anyone come up with/ found a workaround? I know you can get vinegar powder, of course mustard powder, but what about worstershire without sugars? The flavor is my goal, not the pretzels themselves. Thanks!

What about honey extract in a non-sweetened liquid to get that smoky, sensuous texture without the sweetness? Add the mustard powder, then use your favorite sweetener to sweeten a little. The minimal amount of Worcestershire sauce (if you do that) used shouldn't have many sugars (some brands have far less than others!), but to get the tang, you'll either have to have sugars or sweeteners. Another option would be added W sauce to dijon or something, that's carb free and more naturally light/tangy...
Something I generally look for when looking at something like this is popcorn seasoning, but they all have sweeteners of some kind. Small doses aren't a problem.
There are sugar free honeys, but I don't know what sweeteners they use.
Here are some regular honey mustard recipes (keto) so they should be easier to adapt.

This thread has some interesting concoctions for using on almonds, etc.

I hope you find what you're looking for!0 -
Thanks so much. Hmmmm ... Never had heard of no sugar honey. The one referenced still had quite a bit of carbs, so I will keep looking. Recipes look yummy! Still hoping to find a non liquid mix, so if anyone knows a secret, please spill!0

I think you will actually find that it's all about the spice blend, rather than the honey itself. The smokehouse almonds are supposed to be similar. Read that reddit thread. I think you'll find insight there.0 -
According to this one, just baking the liquid on the item of choice creates the powder. I would think a low level heat would also dehydrate it. I'm going to keep looking, just because I'm a nerd that way.

Use this, with onion powder, mustard powder, maybe some garlic powder, etc. Let it dry. A little liquid in dry seasonings works really well!!!!

Use a powdered brown sugar sub here and I bet it's similar.

Great links. I had found the first one but wonder what oil to use. I have been using coconut and avocado oil for most of my recent cooking. I would think avocado would have a more neutral flavor for this recipe. The second link about making own spice and spice racks is interesting. My youngest son is into too many things, but one of them is wood turning and he has already investigated those cigar box guitars. The honey stevia is fantastic, but I'm in the States. It is in Australia. I wonder if there is a similarly produced product here - I cannot fathom shipping costs! I really appreciate the effort! Thank you so very much.
