Today went great! I didn't do the workout on Fitness Blender due to not getting up early enough. I would have had to wake up by 4 am to get it in... I decided an extra hour of sleep trumps. Soo... instead I went to the gym after work! I was exhausted but I knew I would feel ten times better when I did. Now I have extra calories!

I will be saving the video for tomorrow :)

I also had a great recipe today that is perfect for lunches on the go. They were soo good and filling!

I haven't completed my diary because my hubby is making me dinner tonight :)

I heard it is pasta and asparagus.... YUM!
