you want to lose weight vs but it tastes so nice

I need to overcome binge eating, im the typical "oh i did so well yesterday, surely i can warrant eating crap today and it'll be fine" im so bad, I will go out and buy a bunch of stuff to binge on. It doesn't just happen, I think about it and think, yes Im going to buy this that and the other. I know its boredom/loneliness/comfort eating... but i always justify pretending i'll get away with it! But its not just one day a week i do it, it can turn into every day quite easily! Anyway, need to get out of that habit. So, just wanted to let you know that I was seriously considering a binge today. The inner fight of "you want to lose weight vs but it tastes so nice" but so far I haven't :D I decided to exercise instead. Nothing too extreme, just something to distract me. I went on Just dance. I feel a lot better now :)

    Way to go, sweetie :) the longer you can keep it up, the easier it will get!
