electrolytes

I have seen several people mentioning electrolytes. How do I know if I am getting enough? I run alot, so should I may be get like a after run drink that has them in it?

    You can make your own but I've found the powerade to be very helpful and convenient. My local store sells the 32 oz ones for 60 cents a couple times a year and I always stock up

    You're getting more artificial sweetener than any electrolytes in any of those. You'd have to drink about a dozen 20oz bottles to meet your needs using those.
    They are beneficial on high carb diets where the constant state of inflammation causes water retention. Lol
