I think my husband is coming around...

Yesterday my husband picked me up from work for a lunch date. We decided on IKEA since I could get meatballs and not feel too guilty about it and because he didn't want Fatburger. So anywho, we go to IKEA for lunch and both got 10 meatballs with fries. I ate about 5 fries, but I only got fries so he could have my fries too.
He ended up not finishing his meal, ate 9 meatballs (I ate his last one) and half his fries and turns to me and says "your diet is getting to me, I'm barely hungry anymore." I just laughed at him.
Honestly, I felt ecstatic inside! I've been trying to get him to eat healthier and exercise more with me for the better part of 2 years since being diagnosed with PCOS. He's even come on a few more walks with the pup and I the past few weeks. I'd always have argue or beg to get him to come. I guess I'm just happy that he's finally being a bit more.. supportive? Involved? I mean he's always has been supportive. But it's also a lot harder trying to eat healthier and exercise more when your spouse sits on the couch and shovels potato chips in their face!
He seems to be still a little sceptical and still thinks he needs lots of carbs, but I think I'm wearing him down! He could definitely afford to lose a few lbs if not 30. I think his major concern is that he works a physical job and is afraid he won't have enough energy. One of these days all the information I tell him should 'click' in his brain. ...I hope.
