Did the keto diet a few years ago - then it was high protein, mod. fat and low carb now it's high fat, mod. protein and low carb. It worked last time even with a few cheats.
My goal to drop 10kilos. This year worked with a trainer who told me I needed to up my calories to increase my metabolism. The theory did not work me I just gained fat. GRUMP. I have no thyroid and now menopause is making it even more tricky. But nothing else has worked, so desperate times call for desperate measures. I will try for month one - and if it works will continue till the goals are met. Good Luck to you all - it ain't easy for some of us.
