Current Body Fat 28.6%
Current Weight 160.4
BMI: Overweight since I am 5'6.5"
Healthy is 155-160 (5'6 vs 5'7)
Goal: 140 for now

Daughter is 6 months next weekend. Birth I was 204, pre pregnancy around 155. Lowest was 150lbs after over 1000 days on MFP since Fall 2012.

New goal is 140lbs as I used to do heavy lifting but can not do that until daughter is old enough to stay at the gym daycare. For now will have to deal with running 5-10k a few times a week with her in her stroller and then gain weight back when lifting once she is old enough.

Right now I am a size 10 bottom, size s top. 35-28-44, lowest when lifting was 36-25-40.5 so my goals to get my hips under 40. Rest of me will be skin and bones by then, lol no seriously I will be but oh well. I will bulk up at the gym once back to it. I also want to get my abs as smooth as I can for having a baby before summer.
